Community standards
CH360 Connect is funded, sponsored and operated by Community Health 360, Inc. It is not independently governed.
Protect people’s privacy
Do not post client names, member or medical record IDs, exact care dates, contact details, client-record screenshots or attachments. Automated screening does not prove that content is de-identified. Obvious identifiers are blocked, and all contributions receive human review before publication.
Share experience. Verify policy.
Member experience is labeled as experience, not authoritative clinical, eligibility or billing guidance. Policy-sensitive guides require a primary source, jurisdiction, reviewer and date checked. Rules can differ by state, payer and program. Request a correction when a source or interpretation needs review.
Respectful, candid discussion
Compare alternative services and criticize workflows constructively. Harassment, threats, discrimination, harmful misinformation and spam are not acceptable. Discuss systems without exposing the people they serve.
Connections require consent
A public profile, directory visibility and email preferences are separate choices. Introduction requests can be accepted or declined. Member email addresses are not published. Unsolicited direct messages and scraping member contact information are prohibited.
Clear commercial boundaries
CH360 staff contributions must be labeled. Product announcements belong in a separately marked commercial area, not editorial selections. No hidden sales messages, paid placement masquerading as editorial selection or scraped member emails. A product account or demo is never required.
Moderation and correction
Trained staff share a review queue. Privacy exposure and imminent harm take priority, followed by harassment, policy misinformation, spam and editorial cleanup. Staff can hide, restore, lock, warn, suspend or escalate with an actor and reason recorded. Policy and billing material remains unreviewed until the required reviewer approves it.
Your choices
Manage your profile, directory visibility, topic follows and notification preferences in My community. Community preparation does not imply that weekly email delivery or expert response coverage is operational. No automatic retention schedule is currently imposed.
English launch, all-state discussion
The launch language is English. Discussions may cover every state and program. All-state coverage is not a claim that every state’s policy or billing guidance has been reviewed. Publish authoritative guidance only with jurisdiction-specific evidence and human review.
